At HyreWorld (hyreworld.com), and across our portfolio platforms including HyreQuiz and HyreInterview, we believe candidate data is sacred. We never sell, monetize, or broker your personal information, test answers, or interview transcripts to third-party ad networks.

2. Test Data & Fair Scoring

When taking a practice quiz or test on HyreQuiz or participating in HyreInterview, session details (such as timer progress and question answers) are used strictly to grade your test and show you your results. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.

3. AI Evaluation & Algorithmic Fairness

HyreInterview utilizes automated speech-to-text and conversational intelligence models strictly to evaluate technical reasoning, code accuracy, and structured rubric dimensions. Our models are actively audited to strip protected characteristics (race, gender, accent, socioeconomic background) to ensure 0% unconscious bias.

4. Candidate Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect your verified skill scorecards, export your talent data, or request permanent deletion of your profile by emailing privacy@hyreworld.com.
