1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HyreWorld Limited (“HyreWorld”, “we”, “us”), including hyreworld.com, HyreQuiz, and HyreInterview, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Assessment Integrity & Code of Conduct

HyreWorld is built upon verified merit. Any attempt to circumvent proctoring, utilize unauthorized automated answer injections, leak proprietary question banks, or falsify identity during a HyreQuiz assessment or HyreInterview session constitutes an immediate breach resulting in permanent revocation of the candidate's Hyre Merit Index.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, assessment algorithms, user interfaces, scoring models, and brand assets relating to HyreWorld, HyreQuiz, and HyreInterview remain the exclusive intellectual property of HyreWorld Limited.

4. Institutional & Enterprise Accounts

Universities, colleges, and enterprise recruitment teams using HyreWorld platforms agree to utilize candidate evaluation data strictly for legitimate recruitment and educational benchmarking.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
